I understand that you want your wedding day to be stress-free and filled with joyous moments. When you entrust me with this role, I will come on board six weeks prior to your wedding day to tie up any loose ends in those final few weeks. I will work closely with you to understand your vision, preferences, and all the intricate details you've planned. On the big day, I will be your behind-the-scenes coordinator, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. From managing suppliers arrivals, finalising your setup to overseeing the timeline and handling any unexpected hiccups, I will be there to handle all the logistics, allowing you and your loved ones to fully immerse yourselves in the celebration.

What’s included?

• Initial zoom meeting : Pre-booking consultation

• Wedding Day Schedule: Timeline creation for your wedding day

• Final planning meeting: one month before your big day to discuss everything that you have planned in detail, how you want it to look and everything I can do to help look after you on your day.

• On the day coordination. For up to 12 hours. There to help your plans become reality – from adding the final touches, lighting the candles to helping you keep to time I will ensure your day runs smoothly from the very start. Ill even bring an extra pair of hands on the day if the size of your wedding is over 50 guests

• Travel of up to 50 miles – extra mileage and accommodation will be an extra charge if required.
